摘要

从“脑”与“肠”的联系入手，论述“脑肠互动”理论与慢性萎缩性胃炎（CAG）相关的中西医发病机制；从CAG患者脑肠肽水平与心理异常的角度阐释脑肠互动紊乱是本病不可忽视的因素，使多数CAG患者出现不同程度的恐癌心理，出现焦虑甚至抑郁情绪，导致疾病进展。提出基于“脑肠同调”治疗CAG的关键在于以中药为主，情志疏导为辅，处方用药需重视“调脑”与“调肠”并用，情志与脾胃同治，方能切断恶性循环，恢复自身平衡。
