摘要

脊髓型颈椎病是颈椎病中较为难治的类型，临床表现复杂且病情迁延日久，临床上大部分轻中度脊髓型颈椎病患者可通过保守治疗而取得令人满意的疗效，中药是常用的保守疗法。朱立国教授认为脊髓型颈椎病属于中医“痹证”“痿证”范畴，病机的关键在于肾精不足，可兼见血瘀、气滞、寒凝等证；提出以补肾益髓、通络除痹为主的治疗大法，独创益肾养髓方，临床应用效佳。
