摘要

骨髓增生异常综合征（myelodysplastic syndromes，MDS）是一类造血干细胞恶性克隆性疾病，近年来，国内外对于MDS的治疗主要依靠表观遗传学治疗、化疗、干细胞移植，同时配合服用雷利度胺、阿扎胞苷和地西他滨等新药或补肾健脾类中药治疗。MDS的主要中医病因病机为瘀毒互结、脾肾亏虚，以解毒化瘀、脾肾同治为主要治疗原则，以解毒健脾、益肾养血类中药汤剂配合西药基础治疗，疗效颇佳。
