摘要

强直性脊柱炎为难治性自身免疫性疾病。基于“肾玄府-气液-络脉”理论，认为肾玄府郁闭、气液失畅、络脉不通为强直性脊柱炎的核心病机，提出开玄、调气液、活络为治疗原则。结合临床经验，选用独活寄生汤补肾开玄、当归拈痛汤调畅气液、身痛逐瘀汤逐瘀活络，以期为辨治强直性脊柱炎提供思路。
