摘要

湿秘基本病机是湿阻中焦，分湿阻气滞证、脾虚湿阻证、肠道湿热证、脾虚湿热证四型辨证论治，以健脾祛湿、理气通腑为总则，根据邪之性质、气之虚实以及兼夹相合，选用理气运湿、健脾化湿、清热祛湿等法，辅以补益肺脾、调理气机之品，以标本兼顾，奏通腑之功。
