摘要

在新型冠状病毒奥密克戎（Omicron）全球大流行的严峻形势下，有必要对3年来新型冠状病毒感染的中医临床证治研究进行回顾与反思，以更有力地应对Omicron的挑战。笔者通过3年来的临床实践，认识到新型冠状病毒（SARS-CoV-2）是本病的直接病因，临床表现具有隐匿性、复杂性和病程阶段性，病机主要是湿、毒、热、痰、瘀、闭、厥、脱，辨治要点是辨顺逆、辨内伤基础、辨发热与喘促、识化源。临床救治要特别关注重症和危重症的高危人群，在进展期，截断扭转是降低病死率的关键所在，新型冠状病毒感染的诊治亟需疫病理论的创新。
