摘要

新型冠状病毒感染属中医学“疫病”范畴，随着病原体的不断变异和流行毒株的轮替，出现不同的临床特点。在本次以奥密克戎（Omicron）感染为主的疫情中，儿童因其特有的生理病理特点、病因病机演变及症状与成人不同，故需对其中医证治进行针对性探讨。本文就2022年冬季儿童新型冠状病毒感染的流行病学情况及感染后临床特点，审证求因，认为此次疫情的病因病机主要为疫毒夹风、寒、热为主，兼湿者少，多犯肺脾，以轻中型为主，因感邪性质及体质不同而症状各异。结合历次疫情中医儿科辨治经验，提出立足新型冠状病毒感染疾病特点分期论治，以症统证，从不同时期的典型症状辨证论治；治疗不拘辨证体系，以清宣透为法，解毒祛疫；注意结合体质和基础病，动态辨证、调护情志、综合诊疗，以期指导临床。
