摘要

新型冠状病毒奥密克戎毒株BF.7作为目前我国北方流行毒株，其临床特点与既往不同。通过近期诊治的大量患者，根据其独特的临床证候特点，总结诊疗经验，从病机角度分析，奥密克戎毒株BF.7属疫毒邪气夹杂风寒之邪，郁闭于肺脾，并以六经辨证、卫气营血辨证为基础，依据方证理论，采用解表清里、宣肺清里、泻肺解毒、护胃养阴等治法取得了较好的疗效，总结中医诊治心得体会以供参考。
