摘要

目的,2,分析京冀两地2022年新型冠状病毒奥密克戎变异株感染轻症病例的症状变化规律及中医病证特点。,方法,2,通过回顾2022年11—12月于首都医科大学附属北京中医医院、河北省中医院奥密克戎变异株感染病例，分析奥密克戎变异株感染轻症病例在发病第1天、第3天、第5天、第7天的中医症状表现，对其中医病证进行分析总结。,结果,2,共收集确诊病例350例，年龄以中青年为主，疫苗覆盖率较高，基础病较少。从病毒核酸或者病原检测阳性至临床症状出现的中位时间为1 d，从临床症状出现至消失的中位时间为7 d。奥密克戎变异株感染者第1天以发热为最突出的症状，伴见恶寒、肌肉酸痛、头痛、头晕头重、肢体困重等全身症状；起病第1天多数患者即开始出现咳嗽、咳痰症状。第3天以咳嗽为最突出的症状；发热仍为优势症状，但占比下降；恶寒、肌肉酸痛、肢体困重的全身症状占比下降，而口咽干燥症状较突出。第5天、第7天症状相似，均以咳嗽、咳痰、口咽干燥、咽干、乏力、咽痒、鼻塞、流清涕为主要表现；嗅觉或味觉减退、口苦、尿黄症状成为优势症状。,结论,2,350例奥密克戎变异株感染轻症患者起病主要以太阳伤寒表证（风寒外束）兼夹湿邪为主要特征；病变过程中，轻症患者多从热化、燥化；感染后期肺脾气虚明显。
