摘要

目的,2,观察培土生金法针刺治疗脾气虚型季节性变应性鼻炎（SAR）的近远期疗效。,方法,2,将64例脾气虚型SAR患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组32例，2组均因治疗或随访期间患者到外地各脱落2例。治疗组采用培土生金法针刺治疗，对照组口服氯雷他定片治疗，疗程均为4周。分别于治疗前，治疗1、4周及随访时记录2组鼻症状总积分（TNSS）、鼻炎伴随症状总分（TNNSS）、鼻结膜炎生命质量调查问卷（RQLQ）评分，判定近远期临床疗效，并记录2组不良反应。,结果,2,治疗1、4周2组TNSS、TNNSS、RQLQ评分均低于治疗前（,P,<,0.05），2组间比较差异无统计学意义（,P,>,0.05），2组治疗4周TNSS均数差值1.57（95% ,CI,：0.65，2.49），2组治疗1周RQLQ均数差值11.25（95% ,CI,：1.69，20.81），2组治疗4周RQLQ均数差值13.37（95% ,CI,：4.89，21.85）。随访时，治疗组TNSS、RQLQ评分均低于治疗前（,P,<,0.05），且TNSS、RQLQ评分较对照组低（,P,<,0.05）；对照组TNSS、TNNSS、RQLQ评分与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义（,P,>,0.05）。近期疗效：治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为90%、93%，差异无统计学意义（,P,>,0.05）；远期疗效：治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为47%、7%，差异有统计学意义（,P,<,0.05）。对照组出现困倦反应6例，恶心不适1例；治疗组针刺后腹部出现瘀青3例，无疼痛感，2~7 d自行消退。其他均未出现明显不良反应，一般情况良好。,结论,2,培土生金法针刺治疗脾气虚型SAR能有效改善患者的临床症状，提高其生活质量，远期疗效优于口服氯雷他定治疗，且无明显不良反应。
