摘要

目的,2,观察脊髓型颈椎病（CSM）患者中药保守治疗的短期疗效及预后。,方法,2,选择2017年1月—2018年12月在中国中医科学院望京医院进行保守治疗的CSM患者129例，根据患者就诊时颈椎MRI T,2,加权是否出现髓内高信号（ISI）将其分为2组，ISI组和无ISI组。所有患者均给予中药治疗4周，分别于治疗前及治疗2、4周采用日本骨科协会评估治疗（JOA）评分评价患者颈椎功能；观察各组患者手术率和入组到转手术时间。,结果,2,治疗前，ISI组JOA评分低于无ISI组（,P,<,0.05）。治疗2、4周，2组JOA评分均较治疗前升高（,P,<,0.05）；ISI组JOA评分治疗4周与治疗前差值低于无ISI组（,P,<,0.05）。无ISI组转手术治疗4例（5.9%），ISI组转手术治疗17例（27.9%），2组手术率比较，差异有统计学意义（,P,<,0.05）。无ISI组从入组到转入手术时间为7~35个月，平均15.5个月；ISI组从入组到转手术时间为3~34个月，平均15.3个月，2组比较差异无统计学意义（,P,>,0.05）。,结论,2,MRI T,2,加权出现ISI的CSM患者中药保守治疗短期疗效及预后均较无ISI的CSM患者差。
