摘要

目的,2,基于VOSviewer、CiteSpace知识图谱可视化分析中医药与中西医结合治疗幽门螺杆菌的现状、研究热点及发展趋势。,方法,2,以2000年1月1日—2022年7月2日中国知网、维普、万方数据库收录的中医药与中西医结合治疗幽门螺杆菌研究相关文献为研究对象，导入VOSviewer1.6.18软件和CiteSpace5.8R3软件，对文献的作者、机构、关键词分别进行统计分析并绘制相关科学知识图谱。,结果,2,共4 874篇中文文献纳入分析。2000—2022年，中医药与中西医结合治疗幽门螺杆菌领域的发文量总体呈上升趋势；发文量最高的核心学者为张学智；国内主要的研究机构为湖南中医药大学，高频关键词有“半夏泻心汤”“荆花胃康胶丸”等；关键词聚类分析分别形成了14个具有代表性的聚类；中西医结合治疗、抗生素耐药性受到显著关注。,结论,2,2000—2022年中医药与中西医结合治疗幽门螺杆菌的研究热点从临床疗效评价，转移到高质量随机对照试验；在基础研究方面，中医药抑制抗生素耐药性、保护胃黏膜、改善宿主胃内环境为研究热点。中医药治疗是西医治疗的重要辅助手段，中西医结合治疗幽门螺杆菌是未来的发展趋势。
