摘要

目的,2,运用数据挖掘技术分析刘大新教授治疗眩晕的用药规律及临证经验。,方法,2,收集并整理2018年1月—2020年11月刘大新教授诊治的170例眩晕患者的资料及其门诊中药处方，用Excel 2010构建数据库，应用SPSS Statistics 25.0及SPSS Modeler 18.0统计软件，分析药物的应用频次、性味归经、关联规则及聚类分析，总结用药规律。,结果,2,170首方中，共127味中药，用药频次为2 670次，其中使用频次≥38的药物有24味，经分析后发现以疏肝健脾、活血开窍为主；药性使用频次由高到低依次为温、平、微寒、寒、凉、微温、大热、热；药味使用频次由高到低依次为甘、苦、辛、淡、酸、微苦、微甘、微咸、咸、涩；归经使用频次较高的为肝、肺及脾。关联规则及聚类分析结果显示，用药以疏肝健脾为主，配合行气活血、开窍安神药物。,结论,2,刘大新教授辨治眩晕以疏肝健脾为主，使脏腑功能调和而止眩。
