Objective,2,To study the therapeutic effect of optimized TCM hot ironing compress technique on cancer pain and the quality of life.,Methods,2,Using random number table method， 98 patients with malignant tumor were randomized into control group and observation group. The control group got intervention with traditional TCM hot ironing compress and the observation group with optimized TCM hot ironing compress. The pain score， quality of life， adverse events and satisfaction with care in patients with cancer pain were observed.,Results,2,After the intervention， the pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group， and the difference was statistically significant （,P,<,0.01）. Compared with before treatment， the EORTC QLQ-C30 score of quality of life in the observation group was improved （,P,<,0.05，,P,<,0.01）， and the EORTC QLQ-C30 score and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group （,P,<,0.05）.,Conclusion,2,The optimized TCM hot ironing compress technique can obviously relieve cancer pain and further improve the quality of life of patients.
