摘要

目的,2,观察循筋解结走罐法对气滞血瘀型颈椎病患者的应用效果。,方法,2,按照随机数字法将就诊于中国中医科学院望京医院骨伤综合科中医护理门诊60例气滞血瘀型颈椎病患者随机分为2组，各30例，对照组采用常规走罐法，观察组采用循筋解结走罐法，疗程为2周，对患者的疼痛评分（VAS）、颈椎功能障碍指数（NDI）、颈椎活动度进行观察。,结果,2,治疗后，观察组的VAS、NDI、颈椎活动度（前屈、左旋、右旋、右屈、左屈）、总有效率均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（,P,<,0.05）。,结论,2,循筋解结走罐法应用于气滞血瘀型颈椎病患者，可促进局部血液循环，明显改善患者VAS、NDI及颈椎活动度，效果显著。
