摘要

目的,2,观察不同艾灸灸距和时长对糖尿病周围神经病变（DPN）患者的临床疗效影响及治疗的安全性。,方法,2,选择中国中医科学院广安门医院内分泌科2022年1―9月住院的DPN患者80例，随机分为4组，在常规治疗和护理的基础上给予温灸器悬灸疗法，A组：灸距3 cm，时间10 min；B组：灸距4 cm，时间10 min；C组：灸距5 cm，时间10 min；D组：灸距5 cm，时间15 min。选取双侧足三里穴，1次/d，共7 d。观察各组治疗前后中医证候积分、多伦多临床症状评分量表（TCSS）变化情况。,结果,2,4组患者TCSS评分、中医证候积分情况均较治疗前有明显改善（,P,<,0.05），组间比较示C组TCSS评分、中医证候积分改善情况最优，D组、B组次之，A组最差。,结论,2,DPN患者艾灸最佳灸距5 cm，时长10 min，既无烫伤风险又有明显疗效。
