摘要

肺结节在临床中十分常见，但因其症状轻微且未形成稳定瘤体，故多数患者未能或未及时获得早期防治，病情迁延日久，加重成癌。岐黄学者、国家中医药传承创新团队负责人花宝金教授主张对肺结节的干预应以预防为主、防大于治、防治结合，并提出调气解毒学说，倡导对肺结节早期患者进行防癌干预治疗，使恶性结节在萌芽期得以被抑制甚至消除。治疗肺结节时，花教授认为其为“本虚标实，邪盛正伤”“气机失常，酝酿成毒”所致，主张临床应“解毒为先”“调气为要”，以解毒祛邪气、调气复升降为治法。
