摘要

目的,2,分析中医药治疗血管源性轻度认知功能障碍（VaMCI）的研究现状与热点。,方法,2,计算机检索中英文数据库及试验注册中心，收集关于中医药治疗VaMCI的相关文献，利用VOSviewer和CiteSpace软件对文献的发表年份、作者、机构、关键词进行可视化分析。,结果,2,本研究共纳入文献595篇，核心作者71位，热点关键词是血管内皮功能、脑小血管病、银杏酮酯片等。中医药治疗VaMCI研究集中在5个方面，包括：①名中医经验方的运用，重视以补肾为主，辅以化痰、活血、补血的治法；②针刺方法上主要运用醒脑开窍针法、通督调神针法，针刺部位以头部为主，穴位选取上尤重视百会穴；③中成药以养血清脑颗粒、天智颗粒、银杏叶制剂、谷红注射液为主；④采用中西医结合的治疗模式；⑤认知康复训练的应用。,结论,2,应充分发挥补肾中药、针灸、中成药制剂、认知康复训练等途径优势，并应用于临床治疗VaMCI；血管内皮功能机制研究、脑小血管病、银杏酮酯片治疗将成为该领域研究热点。
