摘要

目的,2,探讨中药治疗儿童腺样体肥大合并阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停（OSA）的配伍规律。,方法,2,收集2017年7月—2021年2月首都医科大学附属北京中医医院儿科小儿腺样体肥大专病门诊收治的腺样体肥大合并OSA患儿50例、289首中药处方，提取证候要素及方药信息，构建数据库，应用频数、聚类、关联分析方法进行数据挖掘。,结果,2,50例患儿、289首处方包括肺热阴虚、肺胃郁热、痰聚鼻窍3种中医证型。3种证型的核心治疗药物基本相同，主要包括白芷、防风、赤芍、玄参、天花粉、夏枯草、连翘、浙贝母、冬瓜子、石菖蒲、陈皮、黄精、路路通、白蒺藜；3种证型的共同核心治疗药物为防风、连翘、石菖蒲、白芷、冬瓜子，3种证型用药均重视养阴扶正。,结论,2,儿童腺样体肥大合并OSA用药以清热、化痰、祛瘀为基本治疗原则，同时重视祛风通窍，并在不同证型治疗中均重视养阴扶正。
