摘要

下肢静脉性溃疡（VLUs）常见且复发率高，属中医学“臁疮”范畴。吕培文教授认为臁疮病性为本虚标实，本虚责之于气血亏虚，标实责之于湿、热、瘀、毒。治疗上运用臁疮生肌三法，分证论治、全程干预，有效促进溃疡愈合、防止复发，疗效显著。
