摘要

胃肠功能障碍是危重症患者最常见的并发症，是多脏器功能障碍综合征的始动因素。刘清泉教授将以腹泻为主症的胃肠功能障碍的病因病机概括为脾阳虚衰、湿浊中阻，主张补气温阳以治本，固涩止泻以治标。列举刘教授运用温涩法治疗危重症患者胃肠功能障碍案例，为临床提供辨治思路。
