摘要

“胃不和则卧不安”是胃肠疾病致失眠的中医理论基础。功能性消化不良、炎症性肠病、消化性溃疡、胃食管反流病、肠易激综合征等消化系统疾病常伴有失眠症状。魏玮教授基于“胃不和则卧不安”理论，认为胃肠疾病伴失眠的病机为气血不化、营卫失和；胃肠不和、神明不安；肝胃不和、上扰心神；升降失常、阴阳失交。提出从补气血以助睡眠、调营卫以促安寐、和胃肠以安神明、和肝胃以安心神、调升降以复阴阳5个方面调和胃肠、调节睡眠，为此类疾病的诊疗提供了新思路。
