更年期聚合性痤疮病机为“脏虚为本，瘀滞为标”，即以肾精不足、冲任失调、天癸相火过旺引起脏虚为本，以瘀血内停为标，治疗应标本兼治，在解毒化湿、散瘀消痤的同时，将补肾气、散瘀血贯穿治疗始终，自拟菟仙芪黄育嗣汤滋阴潜阳，散瘀消痤。
