摘要

目的

基于中国中医科学院西苑医院智慧化私有云平台，探索构建结直肠癌中医预测模型。

方法

利用x86服务器和网络附属存储服务器（NAS，Network Attached Storage），使用VMware ESXi（Virtual Machine ware ESXi），搭建院内私有云平台；在此私有云平台上建立登记注册平台，通过登记注册平台与院内其他业务系统打通数据链接，使用备份功能、数据报表功能、数据监控功能及转译等技术获得数据；利用结构化的数据通过机器学习构建预测模型，在云平台DOCKER容器内创建预测微服务，搭载二次判别分析方法建立的晚期结直肠癌中医优势人群评估模型，并将治理后的数据用于不断优化临床预测模型。

结果

通过在院内搭建基于IT新基建技术的智慧化私有云平台，实现了基于微服务模式的中西医结合肿瘤综合诊治云服务，进而建设了配套的智慧化结直肠癌诊疗预测模型。

结论

基于私有云平台技术搭建智慧化结直肠癌诊疗预测模型，第一次实现了在私有云上的智能化数据应用模型搭建和应用，并能通过机器学习自动优化模型，助力晚期消化道肿瘤的中西医结合诊疗决策。
