摘要

目的

分析健脾益气法治疗结直肠癌（CRC）化疗所致胃肠道反应的随机对照试验（RCT）的研究现状、热点及发展动态，并揭示该法的临床作用机制和适用人群。

方法

按纳入标准在中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、PubMed、Embase、Cochrane中检索文献，导入CiteSpace软件，对作者、机构和关键词等绘制网络知识图谱，并应用内容分析法分析临床结局、机制研究指标和患者的临床特征。

结果

共纳入61篇RCT文献，近6年发文量保持较高水平，年发文量为7篇。网络知识图谱显示研究者数量（N）为162位，连线数（E）是260，其中仅4位研究者发文量>1篇。机构知识图谱中N=65，E=15，节点多但连线少，表明各机构间合作较少。关键词知识图谱和聚类分析显示研究热点主要集中在毒副反应、免疫功能和生活质量等。毒副反应中胃肠道症状的结局指标恶心、呕吐和腹泻的发生率分别占23.8％、23.8％、19.6％。机制研究显示96%的文献重视免疫功能。健脾益气法在结直肠癌术后及带瘤患者、各时期患者及多种化疗方案中均有应用。

结论

近年来健脾益气法治疗CRC化疗所致胃肠道反应的RCT研究热度不降，但尚未形成深入研究的核心力量和研究合作网络，恶心、呕吐和腹泻的发生率是研究的主要结局指标，免疫功能是探究该领域临床机制的热点和重点，健脾益气法可广泛应用于结直肠癌的多种化疗方案及各时期的患者。
