摘要

《伤寒论》六经辨证理论体系对便秘的治疗有重要的指导意义。张声生教授擅长运用六经辨证论治便秘。三阳经之便秘主要为表证、热证、实证；三阴经之便秘主要表现为里证、寒证、虚证。太阳病便秘多用宣肺通腑法；阳明病便秘，为阳结，用下法；少阳病便秘，为阳微结，用和解法；太阴病便秘，为阴结，用温通法；少阴病便秘，为纯阴结，亦用温通法；厥阴病便秘，寒热同调，宜宣畅气机。
