摘要

目的

建设坐位调膝法数据采集平台，并通过该平台拟定手法操作基本参数规范。

方法

选择2021年9—11月于上海中医药大学附属岳阳中西医结合医院推拿科就诊的36例单侧内翻型膝骨关节炎患者，按随机数字表法分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组，分别接受坐位调膝法治疗。应用坐位调膝法数据采集平台分析3组坐位调膝法操作数据，同一患者重复操作该手法3次，导出并选择周期稳定的数据，分析手法的最大垂直力和不同阶段做功时间。

结果

3组间内侧及外侧拇指最大垂直力比较，差异无统计学意义（

0.05）。3组内侧拇指最大垂直力均大于外侧（

0.05）。3组内外侧拇指最大垂直力比值比较差异无统计学意义（

0.05）。3组间两阶段手法做功时间比较差异无统计学意义（

0.05），每组第1阶段法做功时间均大于第2阶段（

0.05）。3组两阶段手法做功时间比值比较差异无统计学意义（

0.05）。

结论

拇指垂直力大小及操作时间为坐位调膝法主要特征参数；坐位调膝法治疗单侧内翻型KOA时，主要发力点为内侧拇指；操作该手法时，第1阶段为手法主要做功阶段。
