摘要

主方案伞式设计是对同一疾病的不同干预措施进行评价的创新临床研究设计方法。该文旨在介绍主方案伞式设计的定义、设计思路、在中医药领域中应用的考虑事项和示例，为提高中医药临床研究的效率提供新思路。作为一种高效的创新设计方法，主方案伞式设计适用于以病证结合为诊疗特点的中医药临床研究，通过相同的主体研究方案和组织管理机制，可以高效评估不同证候人群的多种干预措施，凸显中医药疗效的独特优势。但在应用时需全面衡量主方案伞式设计的优点和缺点，并在研究的设计、实施和统计分析环节制定完备的计划，以应对可能出现的挑战。
