摘要

柳静教授认为，女童性早熟多由肾阴不足，阴不制阳，相火偏亢，冲任失调所致，病变部位以肾、肝、脾三脏为主，病机以肾阴不足为本，肝火旺盛为标，可因阳明浊热、痰湿凝聚而致病。中医诊治应当紧紧围绕肾阴不足这一基本病机，同时辨别五脏六腑之有余不足，以滋阴泻火、清肝散结为基本方法，辅以化痰祛瘀、消食化浊、宁神定志等方法使患儿阴阳趋于平衡，以达阴平阳秘。
