摘要

变应性鼻炎（AR）的发生受肠道菌群失调影响，本文从AR的发病机制、肠道菌群对AR发病的影响及王乐亭先生治疗消化系统疾病经验方“老十针”的应用等方面综合分析“老十针”治疗AR的临床思路及作用机理认为，“老十针”能够通调胃肠气机，恢复胃肠道生物稳态，从而维持机体免疫因子平衡以及黏膜免疫系统稳定，对于改善AR症状具有一定疗效。
