摘要

儿童霰粒肿的发病由脾虚为先，痰湿、热结、血瘀在后。本病以脾虚为本，痰热瘀为标，治疗应健脾以治本，化湿祛痰、清热解毒、逐瘀散结以治标，“标本同治”恰对儿童霰粒肿之病机。肖淑琴教授精选薏苡仁、皂角刺、菊花作为治疗儿童霰粒肿的核心处方，同时，根据患儿不同兼证灵活配伍，共收健脾祛湿、清热解毒、化瘀散结之功。
