摘要

白癜风的主要特征为皮肤或黏膜部位发生白斑，严重影响患者容貌，给患者带来较大心理负担。精神因素在白癜风发生、发展过程中具有重要作用，常导致本病反复发作、迁延难愈。药物治疗常疗效欠佳，或不能耐受不良反应，患者依从性差。在《内经》“白为寒”理论的启发下，认为“因寒致白”为白癜风的重要病因病机，治以温经调神法，火针+毫针可对白癜风的治疗起到积极作用。通过列举白癜风治疗实例，探讨温经调神法在白癜风治疗中的应用。
