摘要

帕金森病是一种多发于中老年人的神经系统退行性疾病，临床表现除静止性震颤、肌强直、行动缓慢、动作起动困难和姿势异常等运动症状外，胃肠功能障碍成为帕金森病最常见非运动症状之一。近年来脑-肠-微生物轴被认为是帕金森病发病的重要原因之一，肠道菌群失调对神经系统有着重要的影响，被认为是帕金森病发病的重要原因。帕金森病属中医学“颤病”范畴，其发病与脑神、肠腑、肝脾关系密切。应用“调神通腑”针刺法治疗帕金森病，调神以针刺四神方为主，通腑以“老十针”针刺法为主，并加用蠡沟、太冲穴以调肝。使气机调达，则筋脉得以濡养，神机运转正常，对于帕金森病患者伴胃肠功能及睡眠障碍等非运动症状具有很好的临床效果。
