摘要

基于“阳化气，阴成形”理论结合现代医学关于前列腺增生的发病机制及其组织病理学表现，从阴阳之间的相互关系、相互影响角度认识前列腺增生形成的本质（阳微阴结）。通过阴阳变化及其脏腑之间的相互影响，提出了扶阳抑阴治疗良性前列腺增生症的治则，具体治法为健脾益肾，壮水之主，以消阴翳；疏肝散结，活血利水，以散阴积。
