摘要

勃起功能障碍是男科常见疾病，严重影响患者的身心健康。基于《素女经》“四至”理论，用“怒”“大”“坚”“热”描述阴茎勃起的过程，从“和气”“肌气”“骨气”“神气”四个方面阐述勃起功能障碍的病机，从调和气、健肌气、壮骨气、养神气四个方面对其进行治疗，同时注重化瘀血、祛痰湿，补消兼施。使和气至、肌气至、骨气至、神气至，以达到勃起时“怒”“大”“坚”“热”的正常状态。
