摘要

腰椎间盘突出继发坐骨神经痛是临床常见的疾病，且发病具有年轻化趋势，针刺、推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出继发坐骨神经痛疗效确切。腰椎间盘突出继发坐骨神经痛与肝肾不足、气血不调关系密切，在中医临床中基于脏腑气血理论以及针刺、推拿的局部作用思路进行治疗，可能为患者带来实际获益。
