摘要

咳嗽是临床常见症状，易缠绵不愈，反复发作；其临床诊治应在天人病的视域下把握病因病机，顺天察运，灵活施治。运气理论是基于天人相应的“六气六律”和“五气更立”的周期变化理论，三因司天方是运气理论指导下的临床诊治方，灵活使用司天方可作为临床治咳的突破口。临床诊疗中基于五运六气理论，关注运气禀赋与咳嗽发生的相关性，探讨运气视角下致咳机制，并选用治咳司天方进行治疗，疗效颇佳。
