摘要

肝脏的生理功能与带状疱疹后神经痛的形成和加重关系密切。肝主疏泄是肝脏生理功能之一，可通过畅达气机、促进血液和津液的运行、促进脾胃的运化、调畅情志来改善及恢复受累神经的功能，改善带状疱疹后神经痛患者的临床症状。临床可从肝郁气滞、肝郁化火、肝郁脾虚、肝肾亏虚辨证着手，运用多首方剂进行加减治疗。
