摘要

目的,2,观察清肝聪耳合剂治疗肝阳上亢型前庭神经元炎（VN）的临床疗效。,方法,2,选择2019年9月—2021年9月就诊于首都医科大学附属北京中医医院耳鼻咽喉科门诊肝阳上亢型VN患者60例，采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，各30例。,方法,2,对照组采用常规西药及对症治疗，甲泼尼龙片32 mg，1 次/d，服用7 d停药；甲磺酸倍他司汀片12 mg，1 次/d。观察组在对照组治疗方案基础上加清肝聪耳合剂口服，30 mL/次，2 次/d。2组均以4周为1个疗程。对比2组治疗前后眩晕障碍量表（DHI）评分、前庭功能检查指标［受累半规管的增益、半规管轻瘫（CP）］、眩晕评定量表（DARS）评分、中医证候积分；中医证候疗效、西医疗效，观察用药安全性。,结果,2,治疗后，2组DHI评分、DARS评分、中医证候积分均较治疗前减低（,P,<,0.05），且观察组DHI评分、DARS评分、中医证候积分均低于对照组（,P,<,0.05）；2组受累半规管增益值均较治疗前升高、CP值较治疗前降低（,P,<,0.05），且观察组受累半规管增益值高于对照组、CP值低于对照组（,P,<,0.05）。观察组中医证候总有效率、西医疗效总有效率均高于对照组（,P,<,0.05）。治疗后2组一般情况良好，均未出现肝肾功能损害。,结论,2,清肝聪耳合剂联合西药能够促进VN患者前庭功能恢复，改善头晕不适等症状，无不良反应。
