摘要

目的,2,探讨《中华医典》中所载升清功效药物的相关辨治思路。,方法,2,检索《中华医典》数据库中本草类著作，收集整理“升清”相关的辨治内容。对筛选纳入的升清功效药物出处及药物四气、五味、归经进行统计；以病机为要素进行分类统计，列出升清功效药物的辨治特点。,结果,2,在76部本草著作中筛选出45部，共统计药物60味。收录升清功效药物的本草著作居前3位的依次为《本草正义》《神农本草经疏》《本草述钩元》，收录频次居前6位的药物依次为升麻、柴胡、川芎、葛根、辛夷、人参。药物药性以温性为主，其次为寒性、平性等；药味以辛味为主，其次为苦味、甘味等；归经以脾经为主，其次为肺经、肝经等。以升清辨治病机要素可划分为气陷、浊阻、正虚三类。,结论,2,升清功效药物以升陷药、化浊药、补虚药为主，阴阳升降、清浊有别、正气为本为升清功效药物辨治要点。
