摘要

目的,2,观察黄斑消肿方联合抗血管内皮因子治疗血瘀络阻型糖尿病黄斑水肿（DME）效果。,方法,2,采用前瞻性随机研究，将62例（62眼）糖尿病所致血瘀络阻型DME患者分为2组，各31例（31眼）。2组均给予玻璃体腔雷珠单抗（IVR），0.5 mg/次，1次/月，注射3次+必要时（PRN），试验组加黄斑消肿方治疗，2组疗程均为12个月。观察并分析2组总体疗效、中医证候评分、黄斑中心区视网膜厚度（CST）、最佳矫正视力（BCVA）、IVR平均注射次数、PRN注射次数、糖尿病视网膜病变（DR）分型状态、全视网膜光凝（PRP）次数、局灶激光光凝（MFL）次数、黄斑水肿（ME）复发次数。,结果,2,治疗后，试验组整体疗效高于对照组（,P,<,0.05）；与对照组比较，治疗后3、6、12个月试验组中医证候评分、CST均低（,P,<,0.05），BCVA均高（,P,<,0.05）；试验组IVR注射次数分布与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（,P,<,0.05）。2组DR分型、PRP、MFL及复发次数比较差异均有统计学意义（,P,<,0.05）。,结论,2,黄斑消肿方联合雷珠单抗治疗血瘀络阻型DME效果优于单纯雷珠单抗治疗，可显著改善患者临床症状，降低CST，提高BCVA，减少IVR及PRN注射次数，减少PRP及MFL次数及ME的复发次数。
