摘要

目的,2,观察验方生血灵联合达那唑方案治疗原发免疫性血小板减少症（ITP）的临床疗效及对白细胞端粒长度变化的影响。,方法,2,纳入ITP患者54例，其中生血灵联合达那唑组（试验组）36例，达那唑组（对照组）18例，4周为1个疗程，共治疗4个疗程。治疗前54例患者均采用实时荧光定量PCR方法检测外周血白细胞端粒长度，异常者治疗后复测。入组患者每月行血小板计数检查及出血评分、虚劳证候（生活质量）症状积分判定。,结果,2,试验组西医疾病疗效总有效率91.67%，对照组为66.67%，差异有统计学意义（,P,<,0.05）；试验组中医证候疗效总有效率94.44%，对照组为66.67%，差异有统计学意义（,P,<,0.05）。54例患者中21例（38.89%）治疗前外周血白细胞端粒长度较正常人缩短；治疗组中15例端粒长度缩短患者治疗后有8例（53.33%）较前有所延长，对照组中6例端粒长度缩短患者治疗后有3例（50.00%）较前有所延长，但差异无统计学意义（,P,>,0.05）。2组不良事件发生率比较差异无统计学意义（,P,>,0.05）。,结论,2,生血灵联合达那唑方案治疗ITP临床疗效明显，且无明显不良反应。达那唑能够部分改善ITP患者外周血白细胞端粒磨损。
