摘要

根据风邪致病理论认为，“风邪”与原发性免疫性血小板减少症的发生、转归密切相关，是该病反复发作、缠绵难治的关键病因。原发免疫性血小板减少症急性期，风邪侵袭，易动火动血；慢性期，风邪内伏，耗损阴精。治疗应注重兼症分治，尤重风湿之困，以祛风敛血为法，善用玉屏风散。急性期着重疏风止血，善用蝉蜕、荆芥之类；慢性期强调补虚祛风、化瘀利湿，善用巴戟天、肿节风、乌梅之品。以祛风之法，妙治本病反复迁延之势。
