摘要

原发免疫性血小板减少症（primary immune thrombocytopenia，ITP），中医学称为紫癜病，临床以皮肤紫癜、齿鼻衄血为常见表现，可伴有头晕乏力、腰膝酸软等症状。其病因病机为火气失常，火有虚实之别，气多虚损之变。结合中医血证理论和ITP病因病机、证候特点，审查火气虚实，辨兼证有无，将新诊断、持续期和慢性期3个分期与辨证相结合，从火气失常辨治ITP。
