摘要

目的,2,分析“丰盛正骨”结合夹板外固定治疗桡骨远端骨折移位的影响因素及高风险时间。,方法,2,选取2021年1月—2021年12月治疗的桡骨远端骨折成年患者439例，均行“丰盛正骨”手法复位结合夹板外固定治疗。治疗后1个月内桡骨短缩≤2.5 mm者389例纳入无移位组；桡骨短缩>2.5 mm，尺偏角、掌倾角出现不同程度复位丢失的50例，纳入移位组，比较2组性别、患侧、损伤类型、掌倾角丢失、外固定时间、年龄、骨折AO分型、尺偏角、桡骨短缩、尺骨稳定性、桡骨远端背侧粉碎情况。,结果,2,2组性别、患侧、损伤类型、掌倾角丢失、外固定时间比较，差异无统计学意义（,P,>,0.05）；年龄、骨折AO分型、尺偏角、桡骨短缩、尺骨稳定性、桡骨远端背侧粉碎情况比较，差异有统计学意义（,P,<,0.05）。二次复诊桡骨高度丢失与首次复诊比较，差异无统计学意义（,P,>,0.05）；终末复诊桡骨高度丢失与首次复诊比较，差异有统计学意义（,P,<,0.05）；首次复诊时移位超过2.5 mm比例高于二次复诊、终末复诊，但差异无统计学意义（,P,>,0.05）。,结论,2,年龄、骨折AO分型、尺偏角、桡骨短缩、尺骨稳定性、桡骨远端背侧粉碎是桡骨远端骨折复位丢失的危险因素；骨折复位丢失在首次复诊（复位后3~7 d）风险最高，并且在后续复诊仍旧存在移位趋势。
