摘要

新型冠状病毒感染（COVID-19）中医病因为湿毒侵袭卫表，失于表散，毒易化火，入里郁闭于内；聚湿为痰、炼液为痰，火毒烁痰沉积于肺，伏匿难祛。齐文升认为COVID-19炎症风暴阶段的病机为老痰郁火伏肺，郁火表现为细胞因子不同程度的升高，是经外界刺激后机体产生的过度免疫；老痰表现在肺部细胞水肿、炎性渗出、毛细血管充血，肺泡腔明显缩小，胶原纤维沉积；老痰伏匿于肺，出现呼吸受限，临床表现为干咳、憋闷、低氧等症状。临床以清法为主，早期用清散、清透、清下法治疗，组方多用自拟清化方、自拟新加达原散、宣白承气汤；中期清化法治疗，组方多用海青丸加味；后期清泄法治疗，组方多用清瘟败毒饮。临床应用效果较好。
