摘要

慢性瘙痒性皮肤病是临床常见疾病，其病因复杂，覆盖范围广，反复发作。区别于外风导致的急性瘙痒症，李元文教授认为“内风”因体内阳气变动异常而产生，扩展了叶天士“阳化内风”理论内涵，并将其运用于慢性瘙痒性皮肤病的诊疗中，以“和阳息风”立法，随证分治以滋水涵木、扶阳息风、清肝和胃，为此病的辨证与治疗提供了新思路。
