摘要

慢性难愈性创面溃疡发病机制复杂，中医学认为气血阴阳失衡，虚、毒、瘀、腐相互作用是其关键病机，临床治疗应重视祛腐生肌。中医化腐清创术以外科清创术为基础，将外科清创术与中医传统外用药物相结合，在慢性难愈性创面的治疗中发挥着重要的作用。根据溃疡创面病理特点分黑期、黄期、红期、粉期4期进行辨证论治，黑期以具有腐蚀性、提脓祛腐作用的药物为主，黄期以清热解毒、提脓祛腐为主，红期以祛腐生肌、煨脓长肉为主，粉期以生肌敛口、长皮的药物为主。
