摘要

男性不育症是临床常见病和疑难病，历代中医学者多认为本病以肾虚为主，以滋肾阴、温肾阳为临床常见的治法。随着社会环境、饮食结构等多种因素的变化，以火热为表现的男性不育症患者日渐增多。“相火”妄动是现代男性不育症的核心病机，情志失调、饮食不节及房事无制皆可引发“相火”妄动，郁热内生、痰火内炽及阴虚火盛则是男性不育症中“相火”妄动的主要表现形式，临床当以散而发之、泻而化之、滋而清之立法，可为治疗男性不育症提供借鉴。
