摘要

虚瘀、内热在冠心病合并焦虑状态的发病过程中发挥关键作用。少阳胆与三焦调节气机升降出入，又主导一身诸气的生成与运行，可促进血脉充盈通畅以荣养“双心”。情志内伤导致少阳气郁，气血生成、气机运行出现异常，气滞血虚致脉中血瘀、内热上扰于心，二者痹阻于心胸，损伤心脉与心神，引发冠心病合并焦虑状态之症。治疗以和解少阳治其本，养血活血、行气解热解其病，镇惊安神缓其症，方以小柴胡剂为基，根据患者虚瘀、内热程度加减用药。
